A large car manufacturer in Germany needed a solution to optimise their production workflow, specifically for reaching components in different boxes. The employees had to bend over to reach the content at the bottom of the boxes, which resulted in bad ergonomics and risks of back strains.

This customised tilter with box holders solved the issue, as it lifts and tilts the boxes and gives the employees easy access to the content - also at the bottom of the boxes. 

The customer realised the ergonomic benefits for the employees, as well as the improved workflow, and ordered 20 units for their production facility.
