Logitrans celebrates 25th anniversary
Michael Andreasen has been employed at Logitrans for 25 years.
Being so many years at Logitrans, Michael Andreasen knows almost every corner in the Logitrans production. Michael has a background as a machine worker and started in Logitrans' metal cutting workshop and later in the machine workshop. Michael's creative abilities were quickly discovered at Logitrans, and for the past 20 years he has been the focal point of Logitrans' development workshop, where most prototypes and many new ideas see the light of day.
”Michael is our "multi-craftsman". He masters virtually all forms of craftsmanship and is very creative and solution-oriented. You do not find many tasks he cannot solve. He has a positive approach to all tasks, no matter what it is about, and he is always involved in testing new ideas and theories ”
Mark Vind, Technical Manager at Logitrans
"Michael is efficient and hard-working – and he always meets positive at work", Mark Vind continues. “He is a very special person, with an open-minded and impartial approach to all people and tasks. It is a pleasure to work together with Michael”.
A small survey among colleagues at Logitrans shows very clearly that Michael is a very liked person throughout the organisation. He is a good, helpful and accommodating colleague, and he is always ready to help the colleagues.
When asked why he has been at Logitrans for 25 years, Michael answers that the "recipe" is probably the good and positive colleagues. He also mentions the exciting work tasks, where he can use his knowledge and creativity. He likes the varied days, never knowing which tasks and challenges, the day will bring. He is happy to go to work and feels that he has made a difference when going home in the evening.
